The Fashion Bible... VOGUE!

I will admit to you that I am a fashion WHORE! Yes, I said it! I eat, breathe and sleep fashion! Whether it's apparel fashion, home fashion or beauty fashion, I am a part of it in some way shape or form! They all tie together. So when I saw a movie trailer on the new film "The September Issue" a documentary based on Anna Wintour and the creation of VOGUE, the fashion bible of the year, I was immediately inspired to write about it and of course prepare myself to be the first one in line on Friday, August 28th, when the movie hits theaters in New York! Oh-yes-sir-re-bob!!!

Anna Wintour is a self-made powerhouse of a woman... My inspiration! There's something to learn about a woman so powerful and fearless! The doors have opened for women leaders in the corporate world as well as women business owners. However, Anna Wintour takes power to another level! Prestige and well established designers seek Anna Wintour's approval for their newest collections. When the woman with the bob haircut and Chanel shades wearing her over the top designer fashion ensemble with her entourage of editors and assistants that surround her says YES to a collection, you know you have a winner to show at Fashion Week!

Here's to reaching a new goal of Helen Julia New York being featured in The September Issue of Vogue Magazine (or any monthly issue for that matter) in the years to come!
